Henry Ryan Semans was born on Friday, August 7th at 1:18pm after 16 hours of labor and over 2 hours of pushing. He weighs a whopping 9 lbs, 5 oz and is 21.5 inches long.
I will post my full somewhat dramatic birth story soon!
