Stranger Comments

So I mentioned in my previous post about getting my first "stranger comment" on Friday...well this must have been the weekend of people taking notice of my growing mid-section...

Friday night~ Ryan and I were out celebrating the 25th anniversary of a family friend's bar/restaurant and the waitress asked when I was due, if we knew what we were having, etc.

Saturday~ We were both working at EI and one of our regulars came up to me and said, "I just have to ask, do you know what you are having?" Then we went on to chit chat about how hot it is going to be being 7+ months pregnant during the summer (her daughter was born in early Sept so she said she feels my future pain :))

Sunday~ Ryan and I were doing our weekly grocery shopping at Super Target and while looking at the soup an older man came right up to us and said, "Is this going to be your first?" Of course we said yes and he congratulated us and then mentioned that he was glad to see we were wearing wedding rings because it doesn't always happen in that order anymore. I thought it was so cute!


So there you have it...the world is taking notice of my ever growing baby bump :)
