Nursery 2

I have always been pretty crafty and creative and I knew I wanted to add some "me" touches to Henry's nursery instead of just buying all of his decorations.

My first project was to make his name decoration for the wall...

I bought these little gift boxes from Michaels...

Painted them lime green and brown...

Then using the left over fabric from his bedding, cut out the letters and glued them to the boxes.

I can't wait to hang them above his dresser (when we get it put together :))





Next was to re-vamp Ryan's old college lamp into something a little more suitable for Henry.

I forgot to take a before picture but this is what it looked like except ours was black.

Then I spraypainted it white and painted the little lamp parts brown, blue and lime green.

Here is the finished product in his room :) Again, I LOVE it...hee hee
