Hazel's Haven.

So we did it. We finally finished Hazel's nursery...with about 3 weeks to spare :)

I can honestly say that I am in love with her room. It's quickly become my favorite room in the house. It's simple, elegant and perfect. And while I wasn't able to make as much as I wanted to decorate her room, I did make quite a few things myself.

View from the door as you walk in.

Notice the rocket ship curtain rod. I couldn't part with it & now she will have a touch of her brother's in her room :)

Paper poms. Super easy [& cheap to make].

Ikea lamps.

I made her blanket what seems like forever ago.

Another easy craft. Doilies cut in half and sewn onto quilt binding. The beads are Christmas tree garland my family had given to me for my "pink tree".

We painted her letters the same color as the wall. Thanks Pinterest for that idea :)

My wedding bouquet and hydrangeas from my parent's house.

I sprayed the hydrangeas with glitter spray paint.

Bow holder made with an $3.99 mirror from Goodwill & ribbon.

Matching bedding fabric framed in up-cycled frames.

Headband holder & cutie lace petti romper from Lovella Bowtique.

Now we just need a baby to put in there. BUT I am perfectly fine waiting another 3 weeks. I need to soak up my family of 4 a bit longer :)

It is so perfect and elegant. I especially love how you left the rocketship curtain rod. & I cannot believe how many hair pieces she has already :)
