Last night we went to pick up my new van. I have been waiting for the day I could become a mini-van mom for a long time now-[it's true, I've wanted a van for so long now!].
We ended up getting a 2010 Kia Sedona. It's pretty cool & actually has a lot of features I have never had on a car before. & actually I'm pretty giddy about it- we have never really been 'fancy car' people and while this car isn't fancy by any means, it is pretty cool.

Reverse cameras!! Oh & it also has a reverse warning beep thing if there is something in front of the sensors that I could run into.
The temp!! I'm so excited about this one, I've never had a car that told me the temp outside. & sunroof and automatic sliding and back doors :)
Volume on the steering wheel. I've already used that one a bunch this morning on my way to daycare and work.
& lastly...stow & go seats with LOTS of space for my babies.
The only thing it doesn't have is a DVD player, but I told Ryan we could just have family sing-alongs instead :)
So there it is...my new van and my becoming a real mini-van mom. Who wants to go cruising?! ;)

How exciting! I would love a mini van some day but the explorer works just fine for now. It is a great looking van, lots of fun features!!!!
LOVE it! I sooo want a mini van too...but my husband is SUCH a car snob, I'm having trouble breaking him into the idea of getting one. It is going to make your life so much easier..jealous.

I never thought I would be a mini-van mom either, gut I am and I LOVE it. Having all that extra space is wonderful.
NICE! Lots of great features. I bet you will LOVE having all that space. I have 3 siblings and we always had vans growing up...made it easy for family vacations!
Oooh!! I am so excited for you! We just had our first baby, but with D, all his stuff, and a chocolate lab, I'm hoping to get a van in the future. Love the color you picked!!
LOVE LOVE!! Hubbs got a company car for his new job and took the minivan over us having 2 SUVs and I LOVE THE MINIVAN! HAHA it is so NICE and so much more convenient than an SUV!! You will love traveling in it!! Congrats!!
I'm not gonna lie... i'm an SUV mama. but with a 3rd wee one in discussion, so is a mini-van. i'm so excited to see that your's is SO COOL. gives me big optimism about finding a cool one and becoming a happy mini-van mom myself. :)
