Dr Called and Test Day #4

Well I had the most beautiful test this morning. My line was way way darker than the control line. I guess this means we are really having a baby!!

Then the dr called with my test results and it turns out I have a UTI...which I was suprised because I didn't have any symptoms. He gave me a perscription, which I was worried about taking since it is so early in the pregnancy. I don't want it to affect the baby. The pharmacist reassured me that it is just as good as taking Tylenol and she looked it up herself (I looked it up again when I got home to make sure and you can only not take it in the last 2-4 weeks of the pregnancy).

Then I asked him about the results of the pregnancy test that the nurse said they were doing on my blood and urine and he says he didn't run the tests because my + on the home pregnancy tests is enough on it's own to say that I am pregnant. Ummm...ok. I really would have liked the confirmation from the dr that I truly am pregnant- I will be requesting another OB next time I go in. I guess it is a good thing that I went and bought more test last week because I will be using them every couple days to make sure I am still having Baby S.
