Birth Prep Class

Ryan and I had our birth prep class this past weekend and boy am I glad we took it! I think we came away with a lot of great techniques (for a *hopefully* med-free birth) and an overall better awareness of what exactly is going to go on.

Although I can say that I am a bit freaked out after watching the birth videos. I have seen births before but I guess it wasn't until I realized that that is going to be me in less than a month that it actually hit me as to what really happens. Eeeeeeek!

After we left, Ryan started freaking out that we didn't have our hospital bags packed or the carseat installed. He is insisting we do it this week- just in case :) I thought it was so cute that he was as concerned as he was!
