We had plans to head to Mall of America for a family fun day with Ryan's family- mini golfing, lunch & a bit of shopping. I knew I wanted to "wear" Henry but I am so sick of the Baby Bjorn killing my shoulders everytime I wear it, so I decided to make my own Moby wrap.
I bought 6ish yards of jersey knit.
Mine ended up being a fabric tube so I had to cut down each side. [23" wide & ending up with 2 wraps]
And there it is :) I followed the wrap instructions on mobywrap.com. This one was our favorite.It felt MUCH better on my shoulders & I was actually able to golf a few holes while wearing him!!
Oh yeah & I decided to cut my own bangs yesterday morning too- I am still getting used to them but it is a much needed change!

Your bangs look great! I wish I could make my own moby!! Liv is 23ish pounds so I dont' think I could wear her any longer.
Henry is a little over 20 pounds now...maybe more. I wore him comfortably for 45 minutes- I know I could have gone longer if I wasn't bending over mini golfing LOL
I'm totally going to have to do that! Henry out grew his carrier long ago and when we have long trips, I end up carrying him; and at 26lbs, my arms get tired real fast!

I love it! I will have to try and make one.... and how is holding him while your pregnant? Does he just have a nice little seat to sit on?
It was a tad uncomfortable [much like sleeping directly on my stomach] but he was sitting up high enough most of the time that it didn't matter :)

I love the DYI Moby wrap! Can you find jersey fabric like that anywhere? Clearly I'm not the most domestic, haha!
