Separation Anxiety [Mommy Edition]

Tonight will be the first night Henry will be spending the entire night away from his mom ::breathes into paper bag::

& I have to be completely honest when I say that I am very anxious about it. I know he will have lots of fun with my mom & sister and they will take really good care of them...but he is my baby and in the 9+ months that he has been an outside baby I have never been away from him overnight.

I know I should just get over it and have a good time/not worry so much [Ryan & I are heading to the Brooks & Dunn concert tonight] but for me that is always hard! I will have to let you guys know how it goes...but it will be nice to sleep in until 8 and not have to worry about a baby waking you up at 5:45 :)

Oh and here is my 25 week bump. Looks the same.

It's hard to be away from your babe...I feel your pain. But, you and Ryan deserve a night away and like you said, Henry will be in great hands!

Have a great time tonight!

Have fun at B&D!! I was going to go w/ friends to it but in the end I am glad I'm not because I would just be thinking about Alexa the whole time. I obviously haven't left her overnight either. How great will a good nights sleep be though!?! Enjoy the concert!

Its very hard to be away from them, but at the same time, is great when you can get some alone time, specially when you know Henry will be in great hands. You guys are going to have so much fun tonight!! I love B&D!

Thats trippy ... my son just turned 9 months, and tomorrow is MY first night being away from him. I'm off to the mountains for a friend's stagette while hubby watched the little guy.
I'm sure both babies will be fine ... but its still scary, isn't it? :)

I hope you and DH have a great time lady! My first night away from elliot is approaching in a couple weeks, and I am nervous as well. I can't wait to hear how it was for you, hopefully it will calm me down a bit. :)

Good luck!

I left Gianna with my inlaws this weekend for like 6 hours so Hubbs & I could have fun at a wedding & I was freaking out too!! I was in the wedding party so Hubbs watched her ALL DAY while I was getting hair done & taking pre-wedding pics so that was the first time I had been away from her for more than 3 hours. I almost had an anxiety attack LOL!
