I hope everyone had/is having a wonderful Memorial Day!
We spent our day at a local park who apparently has a whole set up from the 1800's. They have various buildings [houses, barns, general stores, schools, etc.]. Everyone who works there was dressed in costume and played the part of their character. It was a lot of fun and we hope to go back before too long.

What a great park to have nearby! It will be so nice to take your boys there when they are older...it will really teach the meaning behind Memorial day, rather than it just being a day of from school :)
