Henry's party was perfect. It was just our immediate family [so 18 people including us] and everything seemed to go just as I had it planned in my head.
We started Henry's big party day with some cutie Mickey pancakes...just like my dad used to make for me and my sisters :)

Then we got everything set up & ready to go! I made most of the little decorations- they were super easy & I think really added to the whole theme :)

Henry is actually old enough to understand the concept of standing still for a picture so I was pretty thankful we were able to get a few cutie pictures of him in his birthday gear!

& this year he was able to open his own presents- which was so much fun. :)

& of course his favorite part of the day...BIRTHDAY CAKE!!! [well cupcake :)]

It was seriously one of the parties that I feel like I will always remember. The pure excitement that a toddler has for the smallest of things really makes the long nights of making 20 sets of Mickey ears completely worth it!!
Now I need to get to work on Holden's big 1st birthday bash...we have less than a month to go!
