A Little Reassurance.

I think most parents question just about every decision that they make once they have kids.

For us, our biggest question to ourselves was whether or not it was such a great idea to have our kids so close in age. I know people have strong opinions at both ends of the age gap spectrum- some want their kids as close as possible [us!] and some prefer a number of years between kids.

& we always said we wanted our kids close in age- but I guess we never really thought about what the boys will think as they grow up. Will they be upset that they are all so close in age or will they be thankful?!

But it's in the little moments like this...

that we know we 100% made the right decision for our family.

Henry doesn't remember life without Holden and Holden won't remember life without Hazel.

& the boys are best friends- even at 1 & 2. Their love for each other is so very evident. I absolutely can't wait to see my sweet boys with their little sister. I imagine many more moments of reassurance :)

I love this! Our boys are close (16mos) and are best friends the next babe will be 18mos apart from our youngest and I would not change a thing!! I always hear adults talk about how fun it was to have a brother/sister so close in age because sometimes there is too big of an age gap! My brother and I are only 3-4 years apart and no joke had NOTHING in common growing up, had we been closer in age I think we would have been closer! Oh well! haha My kids have no choice, but so far they are loving it! Love the pic!
